Tears of the Angel by IronCrossman Tears of the Angel by IronCrossman
Lakeview Cemetery. A beautiful angel statue I cam across. Very spooky to get up close. I felt as if it could come alive.

Whoa, this is beautiful. I mean, it spooked me at first when I looked at the full size, but either way, this is a gorgeous picture. The angle you took this at really compliments the expression on it's face. <3

I find it neat how, well at least in my experiences, a lot of the angel statues will stain like this, where as statues of other sorts I have seen stain and fade in way different ways.

You're very welcome.

Haha! Yeah, I was a little concerned about something "appearing" in the photo afterwards. Thanks!

That's so pretty and so creepy at the same time. Whereabouts was that?

Um... next to the Hanna crypt. Down the road from Wade Chapel.

Thanks. It really was beautiful and creepy. I took several pictures of it, the whole time scared that it was going to start looking at me.

A decaying angel...in real life too, by coincidence. What a startling concept, and captured so perfectly.

Thank you very much. It really is just by coincidence. I saw it and knew I had to take a picture.
